She walked us through the entire process and negotiated a great price for our house. Even after closing Rachel was there to help us find a contractor to renovate our kitchen (which worked out fantastically). We are so grateful we got to work with Rachel. Robyn is an excellent real estate agent. I worked with her on the sale of my condo on Capitol Hill. She worked under difficult circumstances as the condo has an upcoming large assessment, unknown cost and not yet approved by the HOA, that will be levied against it in the next year. Also, there were tenants with a newborn baby who were still living there, limiting times to show the place. I listed in September and wanted to close by EOY. With all of these constraints, she was very professional, seeking information from other agents who had listed/sold units in the same building, and handled the property management contacts. We came up with a posting that would attract buyers who could afford the condo and upcoming assessment. She arranged a cleaning, painting and staging of the condo, which I think seriously helped sell it. In the end she met all of my requirements, and I'm super happy as a former condo owner. I would work with Robyn again for any Seattle real estate needs, and I recommend her to everyone.

We worked with Rachel to buy our home and then again three years later to sell it. She was very knowledgeable and super responsive and patient. We had to put very little effort into either transaction. As buyers, she helped us know what to look for, she was familiar with the different builders, and asked for extras that I wouldn't have even considered (for example, a new fence and a Lazy Susan in a corner cabinet). On the walkthrough, she marked every little imperfection and made sure they were taken care of before we moved in. As sellers, we were not even in the country and everything went smoothly. It was a bit surreal how easy it was.

It wasn’t an easy task—we wanted lots of value in the land and had to wait many months—but she took her time showing us around, objectively discussing pros and cons of every neighborhood and had incredible architectural vision to help us visualize the possibilities. She was accommodating with our international time zone difference, used video tools effectively and reacted quickly to opportunities. In the end we beat a competing full price offer two days after our home was listed. Our expectations were exceeded in every way and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robyn for real estate services.

Rachel is incredibly knowledgable about the local market and responsive. She is a great negotiator and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She met us at all hours of the day, even one night coming over to our house to walk us through a lease (we were first time home buyers). The house we did buy with her, she showed us on Mother’s Day (which I felt terrible about, because she is a mom!), but none the less Rachel showed us this house and wrote up our offer on Mother’s Day. Because she made such a quick turn around, we were the only ones to make an offer on this house. We found out later, multiple families submitted other offers, but were too late. She saved us a ton of money and made the process enjoyable. We highly recommend her.
